In January, Tanzanian star Abigail Chams released the official music video for her spicy breakup track, ‘Your Loss’. From the looks of it, the BET Awards–nominated starlet broke it off with her former boyfriend through a text message. Does that sound similar to you? It might.
As shown in the poolside video, the bikini-clad it-girl places her flip phone in a glass of champagne to permanently escape her past relationship.
According to the song’s lyrics, the end of their relationship was long overdue. In the words of Destiny’s Child’s 1999 hit song, he might have been a “Bug-a-Boo”. If you were not born then, the popularised phrase pertains to “an annoying, clingy, or obsessive person who won’t leave you alone”.
As you can clearly see, Abigail Chams—real name Abigail Anthony Chamungwana—is an attractive musician who doesn’t seem to want for anything. Proving that point further as multiple men fan her svelte physique, the pre-chorus signifies to listeners that there are six men waiting for her attention literally. It’s not long before the bugger ex shows up.
