Candace Owens denies viral claims about old dating profiles, linked to sexuality

Conservative commentator Candace Owens has rejected an unverified online allegation that she created dating profiles aimed at women in 2007 and 2008 and was unfaithful to her husband, George Farmer, in 2022.
The claim was posted on X on September 28 by researcher Geoffrey Edevane, who cited usernames, email addresses and her time at the University of Rhode Island as links to her. None of the profiles or account activity has been independently authenticated, and nothing establishes who created or used the accounts.
Owens responded the next day, calling the allegation the most deranged she had seen. She said she was with her high school boyfriend throughout college. She also said a photo attached to one profile had been edited and actually showed her with her aunt and uncle at a 2015 birthday dinner in New York.
Owens has previously denied being a lesbian in a 2017 post.
