As he takes the time to celebrate the Gã people, world-famous artist Shatta Wale wears traditional attire for a well-attended ceremony. We are unsure what the ceremony may yield, but according to what’s in the introduction on YouTube, the concept is based on preserving the heritage and projecting their culture. Added footage brings texture, a deeper look into where he’s from, and how his people look and live. Watch the cultural music video below for ‘Botoe’, which seemingly translates to the word “listen”.
