Brooklyn artist Mercy Porter reels us in with pretty visuals for ‘Lucy’: Watch

Mercy Porter brings us the catchy tune, ‘Lucy’, with impeccable production from Great John. This track put me in my bag and made me want to talk my shit all in the same breathe. The very first thing that caught my ear is the sample. ‘Goodie Bag’ by Still Woozy is a fantastic track, but the way Great John flipped it just to have Mercy float on it is iconic in itself. Mercy Porter has tapped into a beautiful sound that I can only describe as Woo R&B. The melodic rapper compliments the track with some pretty visuals to entice the viewer. The first scene shows him bagging a curly-haired beauty, then, having a seductive nightcap as he effortlessly blesses the beat.
