With over 22,000 public plays on Spotify and his first digital magazine cover, FirstKlaz’s latest collaboration with Iliya Entertainment Music garners the attention it deserves. As he exercises his right to uplift others, Abuja’s rising star spotlights a Hausa-speaking band from the North of Nigeria this time — not without some scrutiny. Amidst the process, the ‘Gen-Z Fuji’ crooner did receive some messages from critics online, pleading with him to remove the promotional video where he rides on a horse behind a young woman. According to the remarks posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), the locals from that region of the country flagged him.
Stream the new song ‘Gen-Z Arẹwà’ below to support our first digital cover star.
In addition, this record ‘Gen-Z Arẹwà’ will debut in North America on SiriusXM’s DJ Anarchy’s show — Tropical Takeover (Channel 13 on Pitbull’s Globalization) — sooner than later. Stay tuned for more updates from FirstKlaz, and if you want, add his music to your playlists.
