LegPuppy – Meds and Beer (Submission)

How could this not be in your morning playlists? It acknowledges the things most people dread including spreadsheets and Powerpoint. I have yet to meet anyone who is excited to make Powerpoint presentations. If you see them, please, point them out. We are at the end of the week, so it doesn’t necessarily fit today’s agendas, but before we know it, Monday will be here before we know it. I am unsure if medications and a cold brew go together, but I wouldn’t suddenly find inspiration by way of this article. Consult with your parents or your doctor, first. Listen to the British band LegPuppy’s release below. It released today, June 1.

Ruel – Dazed & Confused (Submission)

Signifying the state of confusion, the official video for Ruel’s latest single glitches out. Moreover, there’s nothing like a commanding voice to get a clear message across. Sometimes, we come across people who tend to knock us off of our feet. At times, we cannot handle it. Other times, we become obsessed. It’s been happening since the beginning of time. If you are a fan of Justin Bieber, you may like the Sydney, Australia-native artist, Ruel. ‘Dazed & Confused’ is from his forthcoming EP entitled, ‘Ready’. It comes out on June 15 through RCA Records.

Cautious Clay – Call Me (Submission)

Singing about the reality of life, Cautious Clay taps into his supreme nature on his latest release, ‘Call Me’. How many people do you know who are only around for the happy times? Unfortunately, I knew those types, too. It’s inevitable. That’s life, but thankfully, I knew how to get rid of those kinds of people. The moment you have the strength to get rid of them, your life seems to get better. Do yourselves a favour. Find the strength. And when you do, they’ll reach back out to you when you least expect it. Do you know what you’ll do at that moment? Ask them to call you by name, to call you their saviour (blasphemy aside, of course). If you like music by Kid Cudi, you may like Cautious Clay. Give him your time. He’s worth it.

The High Breed – Daydream (Submission)

In a dark soundscape, The High Breed raps about race in an unorthodox way. I connected to ‘Daydream’ based on the vibe. It’s not much about the words. If I heard this playing in the morning, it would wake me up.

TWOGOOD – Raindrops featuring Maddy (Submission)

It just has such a good vibe. How could you not like this song? Right away, it puts you in the mood to dance, smile and love someone. The duo, TWOGOOD, comprised of Tom and Jon have sold out shows across London, Leeds, and Bristol. They have also opened for Disclosure, Bondax, and the one and only Grandmaster Flash, the Hip-Hop legend known for making ‘The Message’.

WOULF – COUPE (Submission) (Bonus)

‘COUPE’ is the kind of song to awaken your spirit. Following the blueprint of today’s mainstream music, WOULF channels the likes of Ty Dolla $ign and Travis $cott for their latest single. It’s about girls, wanting to have fun and his connection with beautiful women that he doesn’t date. Play the track to hear more.
