Bed Bath & Beyond files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection

This weekend, the American home goods brandBed Bath & Beyond—filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after failing to raise the one billion dollars it hoped to raise this February. The company only managed to raise $360 million.
