Back with an anthemic song for the Summer that has Eazy-E’s daughters bickering online, Megan thee Stallion samples and references the iconic 1987 record ‘Boyz-n-the-Hood’. Addressing the people who hate on her in her comments on social media, the Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping artist put out “a street-smart ode to the area [she] grew up in and the pride in being a product of her surroundings.” Along with the release comes the news about her forthcoming performance on Good Morning America’s concert series, which airs August 21. She also has five nominations at the 2020 BET Awards. The ceremony airs this Sunday on BET and CBS at 8/7 Central.
