Satellite Stories share first single from final album ‘Coupons’: Listen

It is incredible how musicians can have a fruitful life, and a large volume of people do not have to know who they are. Before today, I hadn’t heard of Satellite Stories, but their sound is familiar and right. As someone who listens to music all day for pleasure and business, I didn’t know if they were new or not because I’ve also come across “new” artists who sound as seasoned, vocally, as the vets. However and pleasantly, when I read about the Finnish quartet, I learned the ‘Coupons’, which is the title track from their fifth album, is their last album. Last album? Yes, it is their last album.

With over three hundred headline shows under their belts and more than sixty million streams globally, it’s no wonder why they are one of Finland’s most successful indie acts. They have a competitive sound that one can easily add to the radio waves, and even if you didn’t know who they were, you would ask who they were as the music played.
