Many parents out there usually go through some type of custody battle, unless you are on good terms with your ex-partner. In other situations, you’ll be doing whatever it takes to get custody of your child, especially if it ends on bad terms. I don’t have any children but I’ve known people to have similar situations like Blac Chyna and Tyga’s. In addition, there have been ongoing talks about Tyga dating the minor, Kylie Jenner, which has made Blac Chyna bitter over the situation but who knows? According to TMZ, Blac Chyna did hire a divorce lawyer to help her to get full custody of their son, King.

She says that she wants a stable environment for her son due to him starting preschool, allowing Tyga to get weekend visitations but nothing more. Aside from that, she will be asking for child support, which I’m pretty sure she will be receiving. Right after their split, Tyga was trying to get full custody of King but changed his mind to have joint custody. I wouldn’t be surprised if Blac Chyna uses Tyga’s relationship with Kylie Jenner to be presented during court. To be honest, this whole situation is a mess and unnecessary. As grown adults, it can be resolved without involving the court. Unless you are married then you should go through the court, but in this case, they were just engaged. If Tyga would be a deadbeat dad, then I would fully understand. The situation between Tyga and Kylie shouldn’t matter to anyone, not even Blac Chyna. It’s not cool since she was friends with Kim but what can you do now? Absolutely nothing because he done fucked her. Let’s hope for the best with this custody battle and for baby King.
