Two weeks ago, South African duo TxC—the abbreviation for Tarryn Reid and Clairise Hefk’s names—performed a lovely set filled with chest-beating Amapiano jams and refixes of North American R&B cuts in London at an open-air function. Watch the fly moment, in collaboration with Soulelection, filmed at Burgess Park, unfold. You will hear an incredible remake of Kelis’ blowout track ‘Milkshake’ released twenty years ago, in 2003, and Tamia’s 1998 hit ‘So Into You’, referenced for other songs since it has come out.
