A day ago, Nigerian pop star 1da Banton released a song called ‘Call Jehova’ to tell people not to call, mostly if they are not his kin, to ask for anything. To go deeper, you should not lean on the ‘No Wahala’ star if you have problems. What you should do is call on your Lord and saviour, for he is the one who can help all beings on Earth. It’s funny but not comedic to those looking for a handout.

Listen to 1da Banton’s first release of the year, ‘Call Jehova’ above, and if you’re newly discovering the Port Harcourt-bred artist, you should check out his past release, ‘Ego’, originally recorded with fellow Nigerian artist Davido.
