Chicago’s rising artist Sprado enlists NLE Choppa for ‘Magic’: Listen

Last month, Chicago-native artist Sprado put out the infectious record ‘Magic’ with the seventeen-year-old artist NLE Choppa. The Memphis fast-rising artist who started in 2019 adds an extra layer of passion and emotive lyrics to the floaty melodic soundscape. Should we have to ask the one we’re with not to change on us? My initial response would have been no, but after dating and being in relationships with the wrong people or a kind person at the wrong time will make you believe otherwise.

In May, Sprado released a solo version of the hypnotising track, which has an accompanying lyric video. If you weren’t able to watch my recent live interview with the Chicago artist, you should check it out below. He talks about how he connected with NLE Choppa, working with fellow Chicago recording artist Jeremih, and one of my other favourite songs by him, ‘They Know’. We also clear up that he’s no kin to Jeremih.

Now that I’ve had a chance to converse with Sprado, I can’t wait to watch and support the visual component. In the meantime, run up the streams on this.
