Kanye West reveals Yeezy Sound roster

Aside from using Twitter to say he is running for President of the United States this year, Kanye West has tweeted again. This time, the polarising artist published a tweet about a concept he calls ‘Yeezy Sound’. It is unclear if it is a label imprint for “the family”, a virtual festival or something else, but he filed a trademark for the name back in 2017. Aligned with West’s frequent music collaborators turned friends, his first child North West is the last name on the bill under “KC” who is assumed to be Kid Cudi. Earlier in the month, the billionaire and his celebrity wife Kim Kardashian-West announced his collaboration with Gap, an American clothing company he worked for before he became famous. Things haven’t been so great for West in the news since he said: “Slavery was a choice” at TMZ HQ, but he manages to remain in recent memory and at the tip of everyone’s tongues. All we can do is wait and see what does.

Before you head out of here, let me bring this to your attention. If you didn’t know, recently, the internet has also shared its thoughts and grievance with the now-cancelled collaboration between Liberian-American fashion designer Telfar and Gap.

The publication, Business of Fashion, says Gap will pay Telfar for the cancellation:

While we’ve chosen not to move forward with the Gap x Telfar partnership at this time, we’re making whole on our payment regardless and have only respect and appreciation for Telfar’s time and vision.
