Last week, Rolling Loud Records released a new track called ‘Spin’, which was made by Ski Mask the Slump God and Kyle Richh. In the song, the Broward County legend raps about “being higher than crow’s feet” and comfortably being alone (“one deep”). Closing out his verse with the notion that his opps are obsolete, Kyle Richh says he’s spinning blocks, sturdy with the Glock, and thanks God that he’s humble because if he boasts, it would probably make select people upset. Hear the Max Lord, Barney Biggleton and Car!ton produced track below. According to the press release, the track was “secretly debuted” at the Alien Abduction ride in VIP at Rolling Loud California. The collaborators also surprised fans with a performance that Saturday at the festival.

Today, Ski Mask the Slump God released his highly-anticipated sophomore album ’11th Dimension’. As the press release perfectly describes, “Anchored by his elite top-flight rapping and hazy melodies, the twenty-one-track opus encompasses a myriad of styles, ranging from alternative and heavy metal to Jamaican and island flavours. Teeming with emotion and truth, these elements shock a vibrant and vital vision without comparison to life.”

About ’11th Dimension’, Ski Mask the Slump God commented, “I never really built a world for a project yet, so I wanted to tie everything in together. To me, ’11th Dimension’ is another astral plane. I make mood-setting music, so every song will give you a different feeling. Nothing is the same. It’s like there are eleven dimensions to this world across 21 songs. You’re going to get every style I’ve done mixed into one. A lot of experiences brought me here. There’s a lot of growing up. Real-life things happened. I dealt with friends passing away. I was also tapping into all of these other sounds. ’11th Dimension’ is a mesh of all that.”

As the gifted Floridian star serves up the follow-up to his outstanding mosh-pit-themed single ‘Shibuya’, Ski Mask the Slump God returns with his latest banger ‘Headrush’. For the music video, the rockstar roams around his labelmate and A Bathing Ape founder Nigö’s Japan mansion, showing off some of his prized possessions like expensive cars, lifesize action figures, and his rare art collection. Lyrically, the song is a celebratory number (“We up”) that suggests they “free [Young] Thug” (a superstar and highly influential rapper from Atlanta who has been held without bail at the Cobb County Jail for two years and counting) and confirms that people steal his style (“***** be stealing the sauce/I know it’s me they study”), and how he stands on business. Stream the track from his highly-anticipated sophomore album ’11th Dimension’ below. The Dill35MM direction is currently at #22 on YouTube’s Trending.
