‘Earth Is Ghetto’: Savannah-bred singer Aliah Sheffield reconfirms messaging with official video

In an article on Oprah Daily published in 2021, Aliah Sheffield told the story about where the inspiration for her TikTok famous track derived. Crediting a time when she stood outside of a Mexican corner store during the pandemic, the song started to write itself.

“What was around me was the first lyric that popped in my head. I was thinking about the fact that we have COVID going on, so I can’t even go into the store.”

This month, the singer-songwriter finally released the official music video for her TikTok famous record ‘Earth Is Ghetto’. Watch the Max Grant direction for the Trae Hawkins production below.
