Seriously, aside from appearing in a comedy sketch and a music video in her past, FKA twigs is a musician, trained dancer and ballerina who moved to London from Gloucestershire at the age of 17. Reportedly, the press-shy twigs is of Jamaican and Spanish descent. On December 4, 2012, she self-released an EP simply titled EP, which helped her increase a buzz on the Internet and land a deal with Young Turks. Soon after, she released her second EP titled EP2 on September 10 of 2013. EP2 was produced by Arca and released via Young Turks, a label operating in London.
