The genre-blending R&B star returns with a seventeen-track project arriving on her birthday (April 24), signalling a deeply personal new era of growth, vulnerability and artistic control.
Kehlani is entering a bold new era. The GRAMMY-winning R&B star has officially announced her fifth studio album, ‘Kehlani’, a self-titled project set to arrive on April 24 through Atlantic Records.
The seventeen-track album marks a deeply personal chapter for the artist. It explores themes of love, transformation and vulnerability, whilst leaning into a genre-blurring sound that reflects her evolving artistry.
Leading the rollout is the hit single ‘Folded’, which recently earned Kehlani two GRAMMY Awards, alongside fan-favourite ‘Out the Window’.
The release also follows her 2024 project ‘Crash’, signalling a new creative phase defined by honesty and growth.
Timed to drop on her birthday, ‘Kehlani’ feels intentional—both a reintroduction and a statement. It positions her not just as a voice in R&B, but as a storyteller fully in control of her narrative.
