This week, Milwaukee rapper-songwriter Chicken P released his exciting new body of music called ‘Lit 4 Ever’. From the opening track (‘YN’) until its end (‘Buss One 101, Pt 2’), the star sheds light on personal relationships with a young woman with good credit who wants to buy a car for him (she has good credit) and more women (‘5 of Em’). Some standout moments include my top pick ‘My YN’ (“I’m just like Melly/I’ll kill my brother”), ‘Sippin’ Rent’, where he raps (“You niggas think they bosses/But they don’t even own shit” and ‘Like I’m Mitch’ (“I don’t want no steak, bitch/Make me a sandwich”) for the ten-track project.
