Popcaan

To celebrate the announcement of Popcaan’s much anticipated debut album Where We Come From, the unruly boss is sharing the remix of lead album single “Everything Nice” featuring Mavado. The album – executive produced by Dre Skull – will be released on June 10th via Mixpak. Since its initial release in October, “Everything Nice” has steadily increased in popularity and eventually prompted Mavado to reach out to jump on the remix. The song marks their first major collaboration since featuring together on the Snoop Lion album last year, this is a landmark in Dancehall.

Additionally, watch the official video for “Everything Nice” via this link. It is directed by one of the Jamaica’s finest filmmakers Jay Will, Popcaan and the song stand front and center as the video provides a strong portrait of the character and emotion behind the track. Poppy is joined in the video by some of his close friends and crew, as well as supporters and icons Gyptian, Jah Cure, Mavado and Ace Hood, who all appear for cameos.
