Olivia Dean rules MOBO Awards 2026 with triple win in Manchester
Jim Legxacy, RAYE and Central Cee also shine at the 30th anniversary celebration.

The 2026 MOBO Awards delivered a powerful night of music and culture at Manchester’s Co-op Live arena, celebrating thirty years of excellence in Black music. Olivia Dean emerged as the standout star, taking home ‘Best Female Act’, ‘Album of the Year’ for ‘The Art of Loving’, and ‘Song of the Year’ for ‘Man I Need’.
Rising talent Jim Legxacy secured ‘Best Male Act’, marking a major career milestone, whilst RAYE claimed ‘Video of the Year’ and Central Cee won ‘Best Hip-Hop Act’.
Elsewhere, DC3 was named ‘Best Newcomer’, and FLO continued their ascent with ‘Best R&B/Soul Act’. The ceremony also honoured legends, with Pharrell Williams receiving the ‘Global Songwriter Award’ and Slick Rick earning the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’.
With standout performances and major wins, the 2026 MOBO Awards reinforced its global influence and cultural impact.
