O’Kenneth’s ‘Balenciaga’ video is more than fashion flex. It’s a visual manifesto about status, identity, and aspiration in Ghanaian Drill culture.

O'Kenneth

Less than two weeks ago, Ghanaian rapper O’Kenneth, best known for being a member of the popular African Drill act Asakaa Boys, released the official music video to his latest single ‘Balenciaga’. From the opening, style is foregrounded. Sharp tailoring, designer labels, and polished visuals set the tone. ‘Balenciaga’ isn’t just a name-drop here, it’s a metaphor. The imagery underscores a life both desired and earned.
