According to BBC, British rapping star Digga D has a date for the hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on December 23 in the United Kindom. The hearing is to determine whether the star was distributing drugs on a commercial scale or not. The twenty-four-year-old rapper pleaded guilty to the charges, only admitting to having a “social supply.” The artist, real name Rhys Herbert, was raided by the police on February 21 whilst broadcasting on Instagram Live.

“There was simply no evidence of any wider criminality committed by Mr Herbert,” Hebert’s defence barrister, James Scobie KC said.

Reportedly in July, Lincoln Crown Court was told the quantity of cannabis imported by Herbert was around 3kg (6.6lbs).
