Chris Brown’s former housekeeper is suing the Pop Star over claims that she was mauled by his Caucasian Shepherd Ovchark named Hades.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the housekeeper, who was referred to as Jane Doe, claims that she was attacked by Hades while taking out the garbage. She said the dog attacked her, biting her flesh, and leaving her bloody on the ground.

The incident was previously reported by the victim’s sister, Patricia Avila. Avila was at the scene of the incident, and she allegedly ran outside and saw her sister screaming for help. A separate lawsuit filed by Avila reads: “The screams were so bad that it cause (Avila) to immediately run outside, where she found her sister covered in blood while she was screaming and crying for help.”

In the court documents, Brown’s former housekeeper alleges that the singer refused to come to her aid despite her calling for help. She alleged that the singer called the police and told his friends to round up the dogs and take them away from the scene of the incident. She also claims that upon the police’s arrival, Chris Brown offered misleading information to them. She also claimed in the court documents that Hades was later euthanized by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Animal Shelter after finding the dog to be dangerous.
