Benin City’s Shallipopi rejects broke bitches, you and poverty in ‘Allergies’: Watch

As the dust settles from his ‘Laho’ success, Shallipopi returns with a new track called ‘Allergies’. Now that the Edo-born star has been afforded the chance to change his life through music, his tastes in women followed suit. Based on the song’s possible triggering lyrics, his women have to be “up to standard”. To be more specific, he does not want anything more to do with “broke bitches”, “una odds” (which translates to “you people” or “you all” in English from Nigerian Pidgin English), or “poverty”. It could just be us, but we enjoy it when young people talk like this. Global star Pop Smoke came in piping hot like that on ‘Christopher Walking’ and mentions them again in ‘Element’, and baby, we enjoyed every minute of it.
In my amusement, it’s not to say “broke bitches” don’t need love, too. They do. It’s just great to see younger people know and understand their worth/value aloud. In conclusion, we would suggest that those groups of people invest their money wisely, purchase homes, and continue to ball out of control in Jesus’ holy name. We are always going to be on the side of balling responsibly, so you can never be broke again like that superstar rapper from New Orleans.
Not enough people seem to know about this music video, so do us a favour and watch it below. It currently has 84,000 views on YouTube; it’s been out for three days.
