Negash Ali

Negash Ali is a London-based Eritrean-Danish 23-year-old artist and songwriter who has previously written for and worked with the likes of Chris Brown, Jadakiss & Bob Sinclar. So far, he’s opened up for Ne-Yo, Wiz Khalifa, Nas, Damian Marley. According to the artist, this song tells the tale of a romantic relationship of his with a beautiful yet chaotic woman. The song also represents the longing for a “good girl” but he ultimately always ending up with a more dangerous lady, as their energy can be more spontaneous and exciting. Woo!

Siff’s sensuos yet dynamic chorus showcases the emotions of the counterpart in the relationship. Negash teamed up with the rising Director Ali Kazim to showcase this universe, which is illustrated by following the “Outlaw” for a night out where she consumes her “prey” – Here played by Negash. The upbeat and gritty verses pounding through on the bass line are juxtaposed by the huge melodic hook from the featured artist Siff, who recently penned Alicia Keys’ “I Will Pray”.
