Last month, the New York City band Vampire Weekend unveiled their official video for ‘Capricorn’. The “piece of history” features multiple motion clips and photography taken in different boroughs circa the early nineties. Iconic places like The Twin Towers (World Trade Center), the streets, and the older local train included. If you are from the state and spending time in other countries and continents, it makes you remember the spirit of the American city.

Check out the acutely-made, chilling picture to learn more about the world’s best city’s past and add views to the mainly archival piece in collaboration with the expressive Pratt Institute graduate Steven Siegel. The ‘Capricorn’ video is at one million views on YouTube currently.
