Today, emerging Rock-soul, singer-songwriter Tangina Stone has officially unleashed her debut EP, ‘The Fall’. The six-track offering channels vibrations of legendary Soul and R&B whilst staying entirely rooted in the sounds of today, and is now available on iTunes. Song ‘Suntan’ (Remix), one of the records on ‘The Fall’, is featured in an upcoming episode of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood airing Monday, September 29 on VH1.

Thoroughly absorbing the sound and spirit of Midwestern Soul, ‘The Fall’ is a continuation of a vision set forth by artists like Roberta Flack and Stevie Wonder, filtered through the ears of a woman profoundly influenced by R&B, Rock, and Electronic Music. Rhodes keyboards mix with digital synths, programmed beats meet live drums, and dreamy guitars encounter quantised, precise, technologic gestures, whilst Tangina’s voice coalesces everything into a coherent whole.
At 18, Tangina moved to New York City from Canton, Ohio to pursue her music career and hasn’t looked back since. Her soulful voice, honest lyrics and mesmerizing stage performance has garnered her a loyal and growing fan base. She’s graced the stages of Arlene’s Grocery, Rockwood Music Hall, Drom, Silvana and countless others. Tangina now resides in Brooklyn, New York and is gearing up for a tour to support her new EP, ‘The Fall’.
