This week, legendary Hip-Hop artist Busta Rhymes, born Trevor Smith, has publicly addressed recent allegations made by his former assistant, Dashiel Gables. In a statement, the ‘Break Ya Neck’ rapper firmly denied the claims, describing them as “completely and categorically” false.

According to Busta Rhymes, Gables briefly worked for him before their professional relationship ended. The rapper stated that the arrangement “did not work out” and suggested that the accusations are a form of retaliation for being dismissed. “Apparently, Dashiel has decided to respond to being let go by manufacturing claims against me in an attempt to attack and damage my reputation”, he said.
