Ghanaian-Spanish producer MrrrDaisy shares ‘In Your Light’, sung by artificial intelligence

Following his April release, Ghanaian-Spanish producer MrrrDaisy returns with a new love song called ‘In Your Light’. Self-described as an ode to love and unity in the official press release, the lyrics capture a relationship at its height when everything feels good and healthy, referring to it as “a tale of endless bliss.” It represents trust (“With you, every worry ceases to exist”) and endurance (“Together standing, forever tall”). The muso decided to take another route this time, so he used artificial intelligence vocals to craft this release. When I asked him why, the Ghana-born music maker explained it is “easier, cheaper and faster.”

According to MrrrDaisy, who grew up in Ciutat Meridiana (Barcelona), ‘In Your Light’ debuted on the iTunes United Kingdom chart at #35 and was featured on BBC Music Introducing in Nottinghamshire, BBC Music Introducing in Derbyshire and East Staffordshire, BBC Introducing in Leicestershire and Rutland, and BBC Introducing in Lincolnshire. Like ‘Echoes of ‘You’, it is the kind of dance record that could bring people together from different walks of life at music festivals, clubs, and anywhere else people commune.
