Watch Ghana-based Afro-Fusion artist Gyakie’s official video for ‘Forever’

After a recent tweet, calling for five African artists to support, I learned about a singer-songwriter named Gyakie. Last month, the Ghanaian artist released the official video for a song called ‘Forever’ that speaks to the tenderness and affection she has for the love of her life. In this case, she sings about marriage and her wedding day. Isn’t love one of the most beautiful things we have in this life? Watch the well-done music video for the love song below. If you like what you hear, check out her full debut extended play ‘Seed’, which consists of five tracks without features. It explores different musical styles like her rap skills on the intro (‘Joy & Happiness’) and outro (‘The Journey’) and her love for Reggae production on ‘Whine’.

Fun fact: If you know my middle name, that’s what it means “joy and happiness”.
