Burna Boy chills at a New York City skate park for ‘Big 7’: Watch the visual

Less than an hour ago, Burna Boy released the official video for ‘Big 7’. If you’re a New York City native, who travels the world and lives across the country because of the pandemic, like me, the nostalgia is crippling. I mean: It is everything from the skyline, bodega, graffiti, fire hydrants pumping water, the brownstones, large Italian-made pizza slices, the concrete, tall (project) buildings, big hoop earrings, sneakers hanging from the wire lady liberty, shooting dice, compact discs, the yellow traffic lights, and more.

Aside from that, it was great to watch him pay homage and say rest in peace to his late friends, the iconic fashion designer Virgil Abloh, and Punjab music star Sidhu Moose Walala.

Watch the Benny Boom-directed music video below, shot in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The shots at the LES Coleman Skatepark show the legendary Wu-Tang Clan member RZA, and later, a moment Burna Boy shared with one of the master artists who inspired him, Busta Rhymes, eating pizza alongside him.
