On the first of January, masked musical duo Bad Flamingo released a song called ‘Devil and the Deep Blue’. The music begins, and its intro thrusts you into the middle of nowhere, and suddenly—it is unbearably hot; sweat beads drop and form a trail on the curves of your face and back, and as the hot air blows, one can hear rattlesnakes shaking from a distance. If you enjoy watching movies set in specific times and places, you would know where a song like this would fit. Outside of reading how others feel about their music, there isn’t much personal information available.
