UK rappers Marnz Malone and J Hus share official video for ‘Unorthodox’

Less than 24 hours ago, Marnz Malone and J Hus released the official video for ‘Unorthodox’. In the video, the two appear on a battlefield. An aeroplane is engulfed in flames, and soldiers are equipped with infrared weapons, emitting visible green laser beams with the intent to kill. Switching between their camouflage outfits and their fresh civilian attire, the Birmingham rising star delivers his verses to remind his opponents how dangerous he can be.
J Hus doesn’t deliver a full verse. Still, he shines bright on an unforgettable hook where he shares the law of how things ought to run. It is a single take from Malone’s forthcoming mixtape ‘I Wish I Could Sing’, set to release on September 25.

Marnz Malone was released from prison nine months ago. Afterwards, the Spanish Town, Jamaica-born and raised entertainer debuted on the scene with ‘Yaqeen’, which went on to be the highest-selling UK Rap project in the United Kingdom so far in 2026.
According to the press release, the forthcoming mixtape features collaborations with fellow Jamaican artists Byron Messia and Skillibeng, his British comrades Clavish, Stardom, Teeway, and, of course, the Road Rap star and Afroswing pioneer himself, J Hus.
