Today, TikTok announced its partnership with SiriusXM. The companies—SiriusXM and Pandora—plan to create “exclusive audio experiences” available in vehicles and as a streaming channel on the app, desktop, and all connected devices. All parties plan to promote emerging talent. TikTok creators, tastemakers, and DJs, including influencers like Bella Poarch, Christian Shelton, and Nick Tangorra, are involved. According to Music Business Worldwide, it is a radio version of TikTok’s ‘For You’ page, “a discovery tool for trending videos.”
