Three weeks ago, Nenny, a vibrant Portuguese singer-songwriter and rapper known for her strong performances and holding the torch for musically-inclined Portuguese Afrodescendants around the globe, released the official music video for her song ‘Normal’. In the choreography-heavy smoky visual, the ‘Mar Azul’ artist dances with friends and joins the dinner table at the end for a celebratory toast.
Watch the official video below to see her in action. The rising global star performed ‘Tequila’ and ‘Wave’ on COLORS three years ago, was part of a Tiny Desk Meets AFROPUNK series during the pandemic, and was part of Spotify’s spotlighting platform EQUAL Global Music Program, which had her face plastered on the company’s mesmerising central billboard in Times Square. She also performed at Afro Nation in Portimão, Portugal.
