Mike Akox has shared a vibey Amapiano tune called ‘SPETA’. The song title is a clever play on the word spectacular. Laying airy vocals on an atmospheric minus-one, Mike Akox describes his feelings about his lover. The almost three-minute bump is ducky but too short for a generic Amapiano track, which usually lasts over five minutes. The rising Ghanaian sensation is set to headline the Sriracha Festival in Melbourne on September 2. The word on the street is that the ‘Super Mario’ hitmaker is recording his Afrobeat and Highlife-infused debut album dubbed ‘Love & The Universe’.
