After recently announcing his signing to Cinematic Music Group, Mick Jenkins is back to share his mixtape, ‘The Water[s]’. ‘The Water[s]’ is Mick’s second full-length release, following 2013’s ‘Trees and Truths’, his acclaimed videos for ‘The Water[s]’ tracks ‘Martyrs’ and ‘Jazz’, as well as collaborations with fellow rising Chicago emcees Chance the Rapper, Vic Mensa, and Alex Wiley. The mixtape also features Mick’s first collaboration with Cinematic labelmate Joey Bada$$ on mixtape closer, ‘Jerome’.
