Nigerian rapper Laycon has just been verified by video-sharing social networking service TikTok.

Laycon uploaded a video of himself dancing to his hit single ‘Verified’ featuring Mayorkun on his Instagram page on May 8, to announce the good news to his fans and followers. He wrote:

Woke up to a TikTok verification.
What better song to celebrate my Verified self than a Song by my Verified self ☺️☺️☺️
