Yesterday, Doechii, the only female rapper signed to TDE, released the official music video for her uptempo club record ‘Alter Ego’ featuring JT (City Girls). In the opening scene with a cigarette, she lists why we should all go to the swamp.
1) It’s better than a resort.
2) Better than a spa.
3) Better than a city.
And you can do whatever you want since there’s no loss. On the captivating hook, the ‘Girls’ rapper sums up her verse as she rides through the swamp with a shotgun. The Miami-born star, JT, delivers a blunt verse to let her critics and haters know how unbothered she is and how she would rather spend her time earning money.
