Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ release date has shifted forward once more, according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records. The Hip-Hop mogul is now set for release on January 24, 2028, a month sooner than the previously reported 23 February date. That February figure had itself replaced an earlier April 2028 estimate, whilst that, in turn, had been brought forward from June 2028.
Officials have not clarified why the date keeps shifting. Combs was sentenced to fifty months following his October 2025 conviction on two prostitution charges.
The update follows reports that Combs was placed in solitary confinement at FCI Fort Dix, New Jersey, after a scuffle with a fellow inmate. Sources indicate he “held his own” during the altercation, though the duration of his confinement remains unclear.
