Driven by laser tight production and carried by the undeniable voice of front-woman Josie Claire Bürkle, Claire’s sound is a child of the internet, its music a pulsating meditation on the modern sonic palate. The band’s EP “Broken Promise Land” came out in fall 2013 featuring “Games,” a buoyant anthem to love’s labors which went on to be remixed by Passion Pit and the title track “Broken Promise Land” which was featured in a BMW campaign and was remixed by none other than the godfather of synth-based music, Giorgio Moroder.
