Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

On his birthday (January 27), Nigerian fast-rising artist Bella Shmurda celebrated with his fans by sharing the infectious track ‘Rush’. The purple-haired twenty-four-year-old artist is on the rise, as he has features with the industry’s tops artists (Davido, Olamide, and Zlatan) already and has received his share of criticism. It is what ‘Rush’ is about, the people who have things to say about his alleged fast lifestyle. When you’re a young rockstar, those things usually come with the territory. Without further ado, either stream the audio below or watch the official animation video below.
Bella Shmurda is one of my favourite new artists in the entire world, not just Africa. Why? He brings the youthful vibes on every record he releases. Shmurda, if you’re reading this, have fun as long as it means you’re healthy, your family are okay, and you are thriving.
