Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...
|
Today, the R&B star musician Alicia Keys shares the audio for her new record ‘LALA (Unlocked)’ with Swae Lee. From a side profile view, as she wears ‘Queen’ doorknockers, gold chains, her hair in a ponytail and a bare chest, Alicia Keys gives us a glimpse into the recent photoshoot. The production feels inspired by the sixties legendary sound. Still, Swae Lee’s songwriting and lyrics bring us into the new millennium with mentions of “smokin’ zaza” and foreign designer brands like Louis Vuitton and Fendi.
Furthermore, one half of Rae Sremmurd compares a woman’s skin to the smoothness of whiskey. The collaborators sing about being ready, making time for each other, and potentially making onlookers jealous. Stream the new track below, and read quotes from Alicia Keys’ interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music.
