Lupe Fiasco released a new freestyle as a tribute to the late British-American master rapper, songwriter, producer, and MF DOOM. According to multiple reports, the Chicago-bred rapper tried to dispel claims about Daniel Dumile’s death on Instagram Live. Soon after, he took to Twitter to express himself as a super fan and avid listener. Speaking from experience, MF DOOM left an impression on you when you discovered his music. He is one of our unsung heroes to the general public, but a musical champion and legend to those who loved him. Play the audio to Lupe Fiasco’s tribute track in the embedded tweet below.
Thanx DOOM…I learned so much from you about the art of rapping. Studied and analyzed you for years as recently as a few days ago. I wish I could’ve met you to tell you that. ❤️🙏🏾…here’s some raps…rest easy…Amin… pic.twitter.com/1njyEArfzT
