Nigeria’s Victony releases stripper-friendly visualiser for ‘Slick’: Watch
Victony, we are patiently waiting for the official music video to this song. Do not drag this out, please. Give the fans what they deserve✨

Over a week ago, Nigerian Afrobeats star Victony released the official visualiser for ‘Slick’. To no one’s surprise, the fan-favourite single comes from his forthcoming album ‘STARLIFE’ and has accumulated nearly five million streams on Spotify alone. Like its predecessor ‘Fresh’, the Ozedikus production demands to be replayed several times.
At the start of ‘Slick’, Victony says “Nwanne and Swagga l’ọmọ” to seemingly double down on his use of the ‘Swaggalomo’ or “Swaggerlomo” tagline (Yoruba for “Child of swag”), a phrase that Warri State legend Yung6ix claims to have coined. In a video, the ‘Blessings’ rapper took a shot at the ’Soweto’ creator, stating that Victony cannot embrace it without paying homage to him, the originator. He also went as far as to say that Victony shouldn’t think he could say he’s like that because his stylist brought him big trousers.
Luckily, what Yung6ix said doesn’t have much influence over the Outlaws (Victony’s fans). They’re still running with the phrase, using it to describe “an effortlessly smooth and swaggy lifestyle”. The catchy tune was released on July 8. Lastly, before you get out of here, watch the blue-tinted visual below.
