Noah Kahan’s ‘The Great Divide’ holds at #1 for second week
The Vermont singer-songwriter’s chart-topping era continues after a major SNL return and record-breaking album launch.

Noah Kahan’s massive 2026 run is showing no signs of slowing down. The 2x GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum global superstar’s critically acclaimed album ‘The Great Divide’ has spent a second consecutive week at #1 on the Billboard 200, moving 163,000 equivalent album units this week.
The achievement makes ‘The Great Divide’ the first Rock album to spend at least two weeks at #1 in nearly three years. Its launch was just as dominant, opening with 389,000 equivalent album units and delivering the year’s biggest streaming debut.
Last night, Kahan returned to Saturday Night Live as musical guest with host Matt Damon. He performed ‘The Great Divide’ and fan favourite ‘Doors’. For the Mother’s Day episode, he honoured his mum by recreating their Vermont family home onstage.
Next, Kahan takes ‘The Great Divide World Tour’ across North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
