Today, more than 2,000 peaceful protesters marched in solidarity through Ghana’s capital city Accra, calling for the resignation of President Nana Akufo-Addo amid the country’s economic crisis.
The movement #OccupyJulorbiHouse has caused an uproar worldwide, serving as a medium for Ghanaians to express their distaste concerning the current administration’s handling of persistent economic challenges.
Unfortunately, some of the people who participated in this movement near the Jubilee House have found themselves facing arrest.
