So many factors go into movie watching: What theatre to go to, what movie to see, what time to go, etc. However, most of us pass on going to an actual theatre because of these following deterrents: The cost of tickets and concessions and wondering if the film will live up to the hype of the trailer. For example, 40% off tickets to see the new flick “The Perfect Guy” with Sanaa Lathan, Michael Ealy and Morris Chestnut. Be prepared, though, the discount varies depending on the theatre.
I tried it out myself to see just how quick and easy it was. I entered in my zip code to see if any deals were offered in my area (Manhattan). Unfortunately, the theaters I found that were enrolled weren’t close to me. The ones listed were in Teaneck, NJ, Tenafly, NJ, Bergenfield, NJ and Douglaston, NY. If you live in NYC, then you know most of us do not have cars to go to a theatre in New Jersey. Hopefully as they progress, the theaters in NYC will get on board because it’s a great opportunity to fill up movie theaters once again.
