Watch South Africa’s rising star Tyla’s official video for ‘Water’

After a successful rollout for her first solo single of 2023 following ‘Girl Next Door’ with fellow African star Ayra Starr, ‘Water’ finally gets an official video. Tyla, South Africa’s rising star, released the feel-good track two months ago. In the video, the twenty-one-year old star preps for a night out with friends not long before ending up in the arms of a young man.

Watch the video, directed by Child and Kwasi Fordjour, below to see the rising star do the infectious dance challenge. According to the comms received, it is #7 on Billboard Hot R&B Soungs Chart and #14 on TikTok’s Billboard Top 50 Charts.
